Over the past 15 years, Sav helped clients recapitalize and renovate 2,500 units through a variety of affordable housing programs. The renovation work totaled over $450 million.
Sav provided pre-development funding to assist several New York City based not-for-profits to refinance and renovate over 250 units of senior citizen apartments. In addition, Sav was a member of the development team for the construction of 112 units of affordable and supportive housing in the Bronx, NY., as well as the construction of 110 units and 230 units of affordable housing. Both LIHTC development opportunities were also in the Bronx. |
