Key personnel of Sav have thirty-five years of experience managing affordable housing for a variety of clients, both not-for-profit, government and private owners.
Sav’s management experience spans over 180+ properties, 25,750 units and 500+ employees. Beginning in 2007, Sav collaborated with Catholic Charities of New York to create a management oversight, regulatory compliance, and redevelopment program for 2,300 units of affordable housing.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development was also a client. Working with various MWBE / 8A partners over the past 15 years, Sav helped the federal agency address a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and management issues with the FHA portfolio throughout the country.
